A filter input is a special search input that adds a label group.

Use BaseFilterInputGroup.noAddOnEnter() to disable the default enter behavior. You can add additional enter handlers using BaseFilterInputGroup.onEnter(ComponentHandler). To control the utilities visibility use BaseSearchInputGroup.showUtilitiesIf(BiFunction).
